Who we are

What we process

Through the quote request: company name, contact person, phone, email and the transport details (places, dates, goods, weight, volume).

Through the driver application: name, phone, town, experience, languages and start date.

With every form we store the IP address it was sent from. Like any server, ours keeps technical logs (IP address, time, page requested) so we can stop abuse.

We set no cookies and load no content from other servers.

Why, and on what legal basis

Quote requests: to answer you and send the quote (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR); for contact persons at companies, our legitimate interest in replying (Art. 6(1)(f)).

Job applications: for the recruitment process (Art. 6(1)(b)) and, with your consent, to keep your application for up to 12 months (Art. 6(1)(a)).

IP addresses and server logs: our legitimate interest in protecting the site against abuse (Art. 6(1)(f)).

How long we keep it

Quote requests: up to 2 years if they don’t lead to a contract. Job applications: up to 12 months. If a contract follows, the statutory retention periods apply.

Who has access

Only our team. Form submissions are sent by email to our Google (Gmail) mailbox. The website is hosted by Hostinger International Ltd., acting as a processor. We never sell data and only pass it on when a transport contract or the law requires it.

Your rights

You can ask at any time for access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests and withdraw your consent at any time, with effect for the future. Write to autoreifenmpm@gmail.com.

You can also complain to the Romanian data protection authority (ANSPDCP, www.dataprotection.ro) or to the authority in your country.
